Lead Engineering Specialist

As a Lead Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of technical work packages, ensuring that customer needs are satisfied and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and validate requirements.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a pension scheme, annual leave allowance, and share incentive plan.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with proven experience in integration, test, and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific or engineering subject is also required.
You will be part of a team working on a range of projects, including head-up and head-worn displays, safety-critical pilot control and flight control systems. We encourage our engineers to gain a breadth of knowledge across these domains and become subject matter experts in one or more product domain or systems engineering specialism.
