Hello, we are recruiting for an experienced Site Maintenance Engineer to be a key player in optimizing equipment performance at our manufacturing facility. This is a critical role that involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance to lead our equipment optimization efforts.
  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, implementing changes, and measuring the impact of these improvements.
  • Your primary goal will be to reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. You will work closely with senior colleagues to develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate with contractors when necessary.

Requirements
  • Served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer, preferably in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
Estimated Salary
