Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revit/BIM Technician to join our Asset Information Team at Belcan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining Building Information Models to support the Facilities Management of our extensive asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit clients' modeled information using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Transmit new or modified information to the appropriate Construction Data Environment (CDE) and ensure visibility to end-users.
  • Conduct surveys as required to validate existing or newly acquired information and create content that meets company standards.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
  • Understanding of the ISO19650 Suite.
  • Modeling best practices.
  • Navisworks clash detection/model coordination.
  • Drawing/document management control.
  • Experience populating/knowledge of COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP).
