Job Title: Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team in London. The successful candidate will have an electrical bias and be responsible for performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
* Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
* Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
* Liaise with site managers to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
* Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
* Perform other maintenance duties as required, including plumbing, painting, and decorating.

Hours of Work:

* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 to 16:30 (37.5 hour week)

Package & Benefits:

* Salary up to £50,000
* Travel covered to sites
* No call out
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays

* Overtime available

Requirements:

* Electrically qualified
* City & Guilds - Level 3
* 18th Edition
* Proven track record in building maintenance
* Good communication skills
* Multi-skilled - mechanical/electrical
* Good leadership and management skills
