Job Overview

About the Role
This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours per week. Reporting to the Senior Repairs Surveyor, you will work independently without direct reports. As part of this role, you will travel throughout the M25 Corridor, Milton Keynes, and Suffolk areas.

Salary Information
The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and responsibilities associated with the job. We are confident that your skills and experience will make you a valuable addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting surveys and assessments in various locations to identify necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective repair plans and solutions.

Requirements
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly desirable.
