About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team in a leadership position. As a senior member of our psychology service, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions for psychosis
  • Provide expert supervision and training to junior psychologists
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care services
  • Contribute to the development of research-active services and participate in research projects
Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical/counselling psychology and registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary service context
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to cope with frequent exposure to distressing circumstances
  • Knowledge of research methodology, research design, and data analysis
