About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Basingstoke Technology team. As a key member of our Infrastructure desk, you will be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing expert advice to meet their recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Attract and engage top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies, guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
  • Skilful Negotiation: Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs with enthusiasm and efficiency, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
