Mental Health Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at P4 Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carers to provide high-quality care to children and young people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
About the PositionThe Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of carers to deliver high-quality care.
- Developing and implementing plans to meet the individual needs of each child and young person.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivery.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Managing shift operations and supervising staff.
As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people and contribute to their growth and development.

We offer a competitive salary of £51,680 per annum (£12.80 ph), comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive team environment.
