Job Title: Practical Session Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Practical Session Coordinator to support our team of technicians in delivering high-quality practical sessions to students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule practical sessions to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Support technicians in preparing for and delivering practical sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with students, lecturers, and assessors to ensure clear understanding of expectations and requirements.
  • Assist with inventory management and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of college facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in motor vehicle technology or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating and scheduling practical sessions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
