We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Primary Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Educ8 LTD. As a Primary Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide support and assistance in the classroom.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, preparing educational materials, and providing one-to-one support to students who require extra help. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of child development and learning theories is essential, as well as experience working with children in a primary school setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Prepare educational materials and resources for use in the classroom
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require extra help
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers
