We are seeking an Electrochemical Performance Lead to join our team in Oxford. This challenging role offers a competitive salary of £50k per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The Electrochemical Performance Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance of HV battery systems. This will involve working closely with our team to analyze thermal and electrical properties, and identifying areas for optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of battery cells, their structure, and performance. Additionally, they will have expertise in thermal management, heat transfer principles, and data analysis using Matlab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of HV battery systems
  • Analyze thermal and electrical properties of battery cells
  • Identify areas for optimization and implement effective solutions
Requirements and Benefits
