We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their best possible physical condition.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and supervise the delivery of quality physiotherapy in line with current and evidence-based professional practice.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to address the physical needs of our residents.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

- A degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC).
- Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiology (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN).
- Post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably at NHS band 6 or equivalent.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
