About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing medication safely.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our residents.
