The ideal candidate will have 4 years' experience in ecology consultancy, with advanced technical expertise in ecological surveys and UK botany. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for overseeing project development, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

  • Mentoring and guiding assistant ecologists to foster professional growth and development.
  • Leading ecological surveys requiring advanced technical expertise, including FISC level 4 certification and experience in UK Habitat Classification Surveys.
  • Developing and implementing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and conducting Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments.
