We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team in Central Scotland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering all commercial aspects of residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial and surveying activities to ensure financial objectives are met
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and project feasibility
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience within the new built Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
  • Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
