Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at FI Real Estate Management Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent faults and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with electrical systems to the line manager.
- Perform reactive repairs to electrical systems as instructed by the administration team.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients' representatives.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that electrical maintenance work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of electrical maintenance work and reporting any issues or defects to the line manager.
Person Specification:
- Good basic education with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
- Recognised technical qualifications in electrical engineering.
- Experience of working with electrical systems and maintenance regimes.
- Ability to work at height and use vertical access equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
