Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Expert to join our team at Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited. As a key member of our global service sector client, you will be responsible for supporting international treasury operations and global bank fee analytics and automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bank Fee Analysis: Analyze and monitor bank fees globally, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong banking relationships, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient cash management.
  • Payment Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for international payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Payment Management: Manage international payments, including foreign currency transactions and cross-border settlements, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and automate international payments processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate international payment activities, providing insights for business decision-making.
  • Bank Fee Error Resolution: Identify and resolve errors in bank fee analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Statement Support: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure bank fees are accurately recorded within financial statements and budgets.
  • Operational Forecasting: Contribute to global operational forecasting, improving the cash forecasting model by understanding country-specific cash flows and timings.
  • Treasury System Management: Utilize treasury management systems to maintain up-to-date records and support the expansion of payment modules into new countries.
  • Netting Management: Manage multilateral netting, ensuring efficient cash management and reduced costs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar treasury role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Skills: Strong quantitative analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, cash modeling, and reporting.
