We're looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Life Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to empower individuals to live independently in their own homes.

In this role, you'll provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth. You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £12.90 per hour, depending on location, plus paid mileage, and a range of benefits including flexible hours, enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, and a cycle to work scheme.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Managing medications and providing reminders
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities they enjoy
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment through housekeeping tasks
  • Assisting with mobility and supporting our clients in getting around

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude at all times. As a responsible and dedicated individual, you'll be committed to empowering our clients to live independently.
