As a leader at our residential home, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support, tailored to their individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Foster strong relationships with families and external partners

**Salary and Benefits:**

Our competitive salary package includes:

  • Up to £40,000 per year
  • 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
