We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Norwich. With a focus on mentoring and guiding our veterinary team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping others achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring or coaching veterinary professionals, and be committed to delivering top-class clinical standards and client care. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we require you to have a Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) and a full registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

Key responsibilities include leading the team to manage a varied caseload, demonstrating ownership of actions, and being responsible and accountable for the entire veterinary team. You will also be expected to deliver top-class clinical standards and client care, cover gaps in vet rota when necessary, and assess and audit the veterinary team regularly.

The salary for this position is £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 30-40 hours per week, with no out-of-hours work and 1:5 weekends, relocation packages from within or outside the UK, visa sponsorship if required, and access to private health insurance upon successful completion of probationary period.
