Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function in a highly commercial environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of innovation and contribution to profit improvement, with experience in driving performance in private or PE backed businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Finance Function: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial management and reporting.
  2. Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance shareholder value.
  3. Transform Finance Operations: Lead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  4. Manage Costs and Capital: Develop and implement cost management and capital allocation strategies to optimize business performance and drive growth.
  5. Lead Change Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural change and embed a customer-centric mindset across the organization.
Requirements

  2. Financial Expertise: Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
