About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic organisation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function in a highly commercial environment, driving business growth and improvement through financial planning and analysis, and implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance decision-making and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the finance function in a highly commercial environment, driving business growth and improvement through financial planning and analysis.
  2. Implement digital transformation initiatives to enhance decision-making and performance, including the use of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  3. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Manage and improve financial and operational performance, including the management of costs, income generation, capital spend, and growth investments.
  5. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, and provide financial guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of innovation and contribution to profit improvement in a dynamic manufacturing or outsourced manufacturing, distribution, or sourcing organisation.
  2. Exceptional finance professional with outstanding knowledge of a range of channels to market, including B2B, direct to consumer, online, distribution, and retail.
  3. Experience in driving performance in private or PE-backed businesses, with experience in M&A, investor relationship management, and exit processes.
  4. Brave, proactive, and resilient, with a deep understanding of finance transformation and change management.
  5. Dynamic, progressive, and influential, with outstanding commercial acumen and the passion and stature to influence those around you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of c £150k to c £180k pa, plus STIP and LTIP, and a range of benefits. This is a full-time role, with a hybrid working arrangement between our HQ in Dartford and home-based work.
