Temporary Relief Team Leader for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Become part of a dynamic team delivering person-centered support and fostering independence for individuals with learning disabilities in Exeter and East Devon. As a Relief Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide relief cover for existing staff, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication, providing a safe and supportive environment for our service users. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension to a permanent role, working up to 37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £18.03.
