We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relief Team Manager to join our team in Exeter and East Devon. As a key member of our team, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver person-centered support and foster independence for individuals with learning disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee services in Honiton and surrounding areas, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and seamless transitions. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension to a permanent role, working up to 37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £18.03.
