About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Reward and Pensions Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of our pension arrangements during a period of change, while also providing administrative support across our reward arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support across our reward arrangements, which help the University to attract, retain, and reward colleagues;">
  • Working collaboratively with various other teams across the wider HR function, including Recruitment, Payroll, Business Partnering, and Organisational Development Teams;">
