This Consultant Psychiatrist position is based in Salford West Cluster, providing clinical care for patients in the community. The role involves working with various teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Job Description:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients in the community.
  • Support and contribute to the development of the Older Adult team.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to facilitate discharge and prevent inpatient admissions.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead clinical decision-making and strategic planning for service improvement.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff to enhance their skills and experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
