Supporting the Next Generation of Plumbers
Nescot is seeking a qualified Progress Coach to join our Plumbing Apprenticeship team. This role involves working closely with apprentices, employers, and College staff to ensure successful learning outcomes.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing progress reviews every 10-12 weeks for first-year plumbing apprentices. They will also check attendance, maintain accurate records, and facilitate effective communication between all parties involved. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include discounted gym membership, free online qualifications, and more.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Organize regular progress reviews for first-year plumbing apprentices.
  2. Monitor attendance and communicate with employers and College staff as needed.
  3. Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and achievement.
  4. Facilitate communication between apprentices, employers, and College staff.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in electrical installation or another construction trade.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
