BMS Performance is seeking a skilled Lighting Design Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for outdoor lighting infrastructure, including columns, masts, and high-performance exterior lighting fixtures. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, proficiency in relevant design software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed designs and specifications for columns, masts, and high-performance exterior lighting systems.
* Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements for new projects.
* Evaluate the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of electrical components and systems.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and components.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in exterior lighting design.
* ILP Exterior Lighting Diploma is desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions.
