Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars

Location: Hartlepool

Salary: Up to £20,000 base salary and uncapped bonus – OTE Up to 50K + company car + benefits

Full Time and Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm. Sales Executives will work every Saturday and alternate Sundays. One week you will work 5 days (including Saturday) and the next week you will work 6 days (including Saturday and Sunday).

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team in Hartlepool. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and delivering results-driven sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service to customers, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company.
  • To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a team player attitude.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient, and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process-driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
