Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our premium dealership in Hartlepool. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to customers, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized car recommendations.
  2. Provide detailed information about our premium brand, highlighting the features and benefits of our new and used cars.
  3. Work closely with customers to identify their ideal car, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  4. Strive to meet sales targets, achieving excellent earning potential through commission-based sales.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  1. Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role within the retail environment.
  2. Full and valid UK driving licence.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Strong attention to detail, with good knowledge of financial services regulations.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,100.00 per year
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme
