About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our clients across Scotland and the Cumbria region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the onsite catering team to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase locally sourced, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, and manage stock levels and ordering.
About You
  • Previous chef manager experience required, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
