Relief Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality food services to our clients across Scotland and Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the onsite catering team at sites you are covering, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and deliver delicious, high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house environment.
- Ensure the correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Complete weekly bookwork and reports, as well as stock taking and ordering.
- You will have previous experience as a chef manager, with a strong background in food service operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Flexibility in approach to working hours and environment, with a willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
- You will be self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
