About the Role: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Latitude Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international shipping and export regulations
  • Preparing documents, including export documentation
  • Supporting Despatch to streamline processes
  • Identifying and implementing cost efficiencies to existing processes
  • Order Chasing: Managing export sales orders, including documentation and shipping logistics
  • Coordinating Export logistics: Ensuring every step runs efficiently from customer inquiry to final delivery
  • Reviewing paperwork: Ensuring shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
