Job Title: Senior Team Lead for Securities Trading Software Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Team Lead to lead our securities trading software development team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the team, ensuring the timely delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the securities trading software development team and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  2. Manage the daily activities of the team, including task allocation, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  6. Develop and maintain technical expertise in securities trading software development and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in securities trading software development, including experience with Avaloq.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
