The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Delivery Manager to join our IT Function Team at Abbott. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining key applications that enable the effective operation of our business functions.

The role reports to the IT Director and requires occasional travel to other Abbott sites and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Systems Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 3 direct reports to deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, small projects, and services to business stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with 3rd party providers (IT) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Providing support to internal stakeholders and team members.
  • Managing testing, system validation, and documentation.
  • Supporting the financial management of the IT Function.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, service delivery, project management, ITIL, and a structured SDLC environment. Relevant degree preferred.
