About the Role

As a Regional Sales Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for directly interacting with prospective customers to analyze their requirements and provide solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a value-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide presales support to prospective clients and help ensure their success with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a functional and technical resource for less experienced sales consultants.
  • Perform needs gathering and requirement analysis for prospective customers.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, articulating advanced product features and benefits.
Requirements
  • 7 or more years of relevant software or technology sales experience.
  • Relative industry experience in healthcare services, financial services, transportation and logistics, and/or construction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, and presentation skills.
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle in CRM, ERP, and accounting applications.
  • Prior experience in sales, sales consulting, or software consulting is optimal.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year.
  • A 1% override on direct reports for developing the assigned territory.
