About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Precedo Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with individual care plans and support goals
  • Monitor and document individual progress and behaviours
  • Assist with medication administration as needed
  • Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with service users and colleagues, and have a good standard of written English to contribute to written records. You must also be able to work shifts and be flexible and reliable.
