About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Residential Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their lifestyle is enhanced.

You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

With a focus on customer service, administration, and maintenance, you will be an accomplished administrator and computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.

As a Residential Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Organising activities and events for Home Owners
  • Coordinating the development and managing contractors
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Providing a first-class service to Home Owners
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a love of people, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

As a reward for your hard work, you will receive a rent-free, 2-bedded apartment, plus a competitive salary of £19,500 per annum, annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, a day off on your Birthday, Life Assurance, Eye Care reimbursement, Colleague Introduction reward scheme, and thorough induction programme and ongoing training.
