About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Street Works Co-ordinator to join our team at Morrison Water Services, part of M Group Services. As a Trainee Street Works Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Site Team in scheduling works, reviewing design and construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Team in scheduling works, including reviewing and understanding route of design and construction drawings, and converting programmes into street works notices.
  • Provide accurate data input updates for Streetworks Notice maintenance, including Advance Notice through to Registration Notice using the SRWR system.
  • Produce, review, and understand daily Jeopardy Reporting to ensure compliance with NRSWA and avoidance of penalty notices.
  • Proactively monitor live street works to ensure system updates within statutory timescales.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties for updates on street works.
Requirements
  • Confident Administrator with strong organizational skills.
  • Current driving licence (not essential).
  • Appropriate level of IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good level of written and oral communication and influencing skills.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.

The role holder will be responsible for the management of all Streetworks Notices required to allow CWA to carry out works on the Public Highway. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The role will be based in our office environment in Stepps.
