Community Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in London. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive mental health support within the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual's needs.
- Offer evidence-based interventions to support individuals in managing their mental health.
- NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Completed MAPA training.
- A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
- Ability to fulfill framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
