Property Management Lead

About the Role:
Finding an exceptional Assistant Operations Manager to support the smooth operation of our retail estate in the UK is crucial for our continued success. This client and customer-facing role requires someone who can work closely with Centre Managers and Head of Operations to deliver high standards across multiple areas, including health and safety, technical operations, and contract management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tenants to ensure they comply with operational guidelines and address any maintenance concerns promptly.
- Manage service contracts, keep track of compliance records, and prepare detailed reports for client reviews.
- Lead health, safety, fire, and environmental audits while supporting broader risk assessments.
- Work as Duty Manager on a rota basis, covering weekends, late evenings, and occasional bank holidays.
About You:
- You have experience managing people and contracts within a property management environment.
- You hold certifications in health and safety protocols, preferably ISOH/NEBOSH.
- You are skilled in technical systems, including MEP, life safety, and ICT infrastructure.
- You possess excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, along with a range of perks and benefits.
