  • Liaising with Centre Managers and Head of Operations to drive operational excellence.
  • Overseeing health and safety, technical operations, and contract management processes.
  • Supervising a team of colleagues on duty manager duties.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in retail operations or property management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP, life safety, and ICT infrastructure.
