Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

HCR Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Hereford, UK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  2. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
  4. Provide support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life
  5. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  7. Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  1. Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership
  2. At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa
  3. Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19
  4. Has a valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service
  5. Has a valid Bild/GSA Accredited PMVA training certificate
  6. Indemnity Insurance
Desirable Qualities:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Compassionate nature and ability to work well under pressure
  3. Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  5. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  6. Car driver is desirable but not mandatory
