Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in site maintenance and will be responsible for:

  • Securing the school site, including intruder alarms, windows, external gates, and doors.
  • Carrying out visual health and safety checks of the school site and identifying any issues that need remedying.
  • Checking that school facilities are in good working order, including boilers and utility supplies.
  • Replacing consumables, such as light fittings and hand soap dispensers.

The role also involves emptying external site bins, litter picking, and ensuring bins are ready for collection as per the schedule.
