We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at DTC Jobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and potential risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop and manage the new product development budget, set forecasts, and manage performance metrics.
  • Identify and manage manufacturers and suppliers to produce and deliver products in accordance with quality standards, timelines, and cost parameters.
  • Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products in the beauty, cosmetics, or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid knowledge of consumer behavior, market research, and product development processes.
