Job Title: Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at BSC Education Limited. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading our teaching team and ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the teaching team to deliver high-quality education to our students.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans and materials to meet the needs of our students.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve their teaching practice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our students receive a comprehensive education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our students receive a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Cambridge DELTA or industry equivalent, or CELTA plus experience with willingness to work towards DELTA.
  • Experience in EFL teaching in the UK or abroad, with a good understanding of current industry developments.
  • Evidence of competently using learning technologies in the classroom and online.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and the willingness to learn new skills.
