Job Title: Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at BSC Education Limited. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of teachers, developing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BSC Education Limited's policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Cambridge DELTA or industry equivalent, or CELTA plus experience with willingness to work towards DELTA
  • Experience in EFL teaching in the UK or abroad, with a good understanding of current industry developments
  • Evidence of competently using learning technologies in the classroom and online
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development and the willingness to learn new skills
