Estimated Salary

£80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Equity Partner will be responsible for managing a full SME portfolio, including strategic, technical, and managerial duties. This role requires strong business acumen, communication, and management skills, with a broad technical background in accounting and taxation. The successful candidate will become a true business advisor to clients, offering a range of services to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Lead a team of accountants, training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations.
  • Ensure the profitability of the firm through effective financial management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Manager or Partner with:

  • ACCA/ACA qualification.
  • Extensive accountancy experience gained within public practice.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
