We are seeking an exceptional culinary operations manager to lead our food and beverage team in delivering world-class hospitality experiences. This role requires a natural leader who can manage staff, create menus, and oversee departmental operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage product flow, supplies, and labor costs effectively.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menus considering pricing structures.
    • Oversight of all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department including budgeting, menu development, staff supervision, schedules, and customer service.
    • Report customer satisfaction scores and suggest improvements.
    • Develop and implement departmental operation schedules.
  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management or supervision.
    • Firm understanding of national health and safety regulations.
    • Deep knowledge of culinary trends and portion/plating standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Experience with hospitality CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation: $60,000+ salary (experience-driven, negotiable) reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.
