About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will have the opportunity to build and develop your own estate agency business within a designated core area. With the support of our experienced team and access to cutting-edge technology, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with local clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with local clients, including property owners, buyers, and sellers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators and support staff to achieve business targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the business remains competitive
